Tracking and Dispatch Notice

Under the customer terms maintained by puracy, customers receive tracking information once the order ships, including the carrier tracking number needed to follow delivery progress.

Handling and Carrier Time

For customers of puracy, the fulfillment team generally prepares an order within 1–2 business days, followed by approximately 4–6 business days in transit with the carrier.

United States Shipping Only

For customers of puracy, shipping is available only to valid United States addresses, and free standard shipping applies to all U.S. orders. We do not currently ship internationally.
